An attorney with over 12 years of experience, Brian Greenspoon began his career in the financial industry before shifting his focus to corporate law and personal injury claims. In 2013, Brain Greenspoon entered into a joint venture with personal injury lawyer Adam Dougherty, merging their individual practices to form the boutique firm of Greenspoon Dougherty, PLLC.
Mr. Dougherty and Mr. Greenspoon possess significant legal experience between them. Their history includes recovering millions of dollars for clients and providing legal services in the real estate, criminal defense, and commercial litigation sectors. Before establishing himself in the boutique firm, Mr. Dougherty worked in law enforcement and later at a premier South Florida personal injury firm.
Mr. Greenspoon serves as the merged practice’s managing partner and handles the firm’s daily operations, in addition to overseeing the pre-suit departments for real estate, business, and personal injury. Mr. Dougherty’s responsibilities include overseeing litigation and criminal defense matters.
